Chipotle Hummus

  • 3 cans garbanzo beans (15.5 oz each), drained
  • 1/3 cup Chipotle EVOO
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice (2 lemons)
  • 1/4 cup Japanese Roasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 whole garlic cloves
  • 1 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2-3 Tbsp. water
  • pita bread

Pulse all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Serve with pita bread.
